As part of our commitment to high-quality end-to-end precision sheet metal fabrication, GTR Manufacturing simplifies the precision sheet metal manufacturing processes by offering a suite of sheet metal finishing services at our in-house facility.
Our end-to-end capabilities speed up project timelines by lowering the risk associated with relying on external supply chains and give us complete oversight and control over the entire production process—ensuring uncompromising quality.
We maintain and operate a 10,000 sq. ft of on-site fabrication space dedicated solely to metal finishing. Our footprint includes five painting booths, and one powder coating booth with two ovens, allowing us to handle large jobs. We also have a dedicated silk screening room for custom epoxy-based graphics and offer trivalent RoHS-compliant chem film that meets MIL-DTL-5541F TYPE 1 standard. Our team members are exceptionally skilled in their craft with years of experience in their field.
