Wet Paint and Powder Coating for Vibrant Finishes
Our facility holds six booths for painting and powder coating, offering the capacity and flexibility to meet all our customers’ needs. We can custom-mix colors to match your specifications, utilizing low-VOC paints to help keep our local air clean.
Our advanced equipment allows us to efficiently process both wet paint and powder coating applications. For wet paint, we can force dry and then cure the parts. For powder coating, we apply the powder and then cure the piece in an oven. Both processes can typically be completed within a day or less.

Wet Paint: Wet paint offers a smooth, textured finish that resists fingerprints and can help mask minor imperfections. Many of our medical and semiconductor customers prefer wet paint.
Powder Coating: Powder coating provides a hard, durable finish that is ideal for outdoor applications or internal parts that will see heavy wear and tear. It is also a more environmentally friendly finish than wet paint.Â

In our dedicated silk screening room, we can enhance your branding by applying logos and graphics directly onto your parts.
We begin the process by creating a screen for your artwork. To match your colors, our team will custom-mix inks to your precise specifications. Finally, we apply every color separately, with a baking process between applications to maximize durability.

Chemical Film for Fast, Flawless Parts
Chem film can be the final finish for a part as a corrosion-resistance measure, or it can help to serve as a pre-treatment for painting to enhance adhesion. We offer both hexavalent and non-hexavalent chem film processes.Â
Our in-house chromate treatment ensures cleaner finishes through etching, and we perform this service on all aluminum parts for the cleanest appearance possible. Chromate is also crucial before spot welding, enabling stronger welds by removing oxidation. By offering this widely used capability instead of outsourcing, we help customers save multiple days on turnaround time, and reduce costs by eliminating the need for additional shipping.Â
