High-quality and customizable painted sheet metal is part of our end-to-end manufacturing process. We prep sheet metal, plastic, fiberglass, castings, and machined parts and have a variety of color options (color-matching in small batches) to create a clean and striking finish to your final product. Our precise metal masking services allow us to preserve threading and electrical contacts and provide your final product with a variety of coating options. By filling voids and repairing studs, seams, and surface blemishes, the GTR Manufacturing team ensures that your product’s look reflects its quality and power.
In addition to precision sheet metal fabrication services, we maintain and operate a 10,000 sq. ft on-site facility dedicated solely to sheet metal finishing. Our facility includes five paint booths, and one powder coating booth with two ovens, allowing us to handle large jobs. We also have a dedicated silk screening room for custom epoxy-based graphics. All our team members are also exceptionally skilled in their craft with years of experience in their field.
Unlike other fabricators, our one-stop-shop approach avoids subcontracting processes, extra handling costs, and time-consuming transfers.
